ABOUT MINI-GRANTS

The NCDA encourages and helps support regional dance activities through grants for mini-events. Any individual or organizational member of the NCDA is eligible to apply for these grants. A mini-event may include, but is not limited to, a master class, dance concert, lecture demonstration, workshop or informal gathering of dancers and dance enthusiasts. NCDA will provide up to $150 per grant to help defray the cost of a mini-event. The money may be used for guest artist fees, space rental, printing and postage costs, refreshments, etc. NCDA aims to award Mini-Grants to both emerging and established artists and organizations. Applicants may be awarded only one Mini-Grant per year.
